When you book online or via phone with Christal Clean Detailing LLC, you should read our Terms & Conditions, and recognize that it applies to your service(s) once an appointment has been made.

Customers should remove all personal belongings, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service as we will not be held responsible for anything that could be lost.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced without the intent of causing damages, and in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
All vehicles cleaned must be able to withstand our safe, standard cleaning processes. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by our chemicals to aftermarket or third party serviced parts such as paint, clear coat, gelcoat, powder coat, vinyl wrap, paint protection film, and weak water seals around headlights/taillights that absorb humidity.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.
Our detailing times are estimated only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service.
Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness or rescheduling and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.
All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be re-scheduled or canceled at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of Christal Clean Detailing LLC.
When booking a service with us, you consent to allow us to upload photos/videos to our social platforms for marketing reasons, if you would like to opt out please let us know.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC reserves the right to deny customer demands above and beyond the booked service.

Our prices are based on detailing type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a "Starting At" price, and can be increased accordingly upon vehicle inspection.
Pricing cannot be haggled down to a lower price, but we will work with you if you’d like to add/drop services with a particular package or service.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC reserves the right to charge a minimum hourly rate of $50 (or proportion thereof) for any requested work that is not within the boundaries of the booking.

If there is probable and clear cause that we did not fulfill the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service, as well as reward you with 25% off your next requested service with us for any hassle caused.
Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or by a 3rd party after the initial service voids our Service Guarantee.
Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to a maximum 20% of the value of your service.
Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, or any other hazardous materials that interferes with the requested service voids our service guarantee.
Any claims must be filed within 72 hours of the completion of the service by emailing (christalcleanautodetailing@gmail.com), or texting (386-302-2127) pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service is required.

We may ask you where you heard about Christal Clean Detailing LLC in order to gauge our marketing strategies.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC may call you directly or send you a text message to schedule your service or conduct a customer satisfaction survey/review afterwards.
In the event of a canceled service request or appointment, we may contact you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.
Christal Clean Detailing LLC will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Christal Clean Detailing LLC is not responsible for any of those potential costs.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any booking/detailing service.
Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling will incur a cancellation charge applied on the rescheduled service ($15).
Christal Clean Detailing LLC reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
